Have to purchase twice?

Totally unimpressed that you have to purchase twice for the iPhone and iPad. Other than that, my children love these apps. Would give 5 stars if youd allow to download on both iPhones/iPads for one price. We have almost every single app this company makes on the iPad. I recently purchased two for the iPhone.
